In addition, we will spend 7 days working "in the field" in their territory showing them how to find and recruit new franchisees. We suggest the Master Regional franchisee also operate with a very low overhead with possibly one assistant. They will be required to travel throughout their territory. We believe they will need a minimum of $75,000, which includes the $50,000 price of the territory. We will pay the Master Regional franchisees 50% of the initial franchise fee (currently $12,500) within 10 days after the local franchisee has been trained plus 50% of the 7% continuing on-going fees paid by the local franchisees in the Master Regions territory.
