Spiro’s Brands, LLC has been serving Greek food in Palm City since 2007. As demand for our great food increased, in 2011 we expanded into St. Lucie West and into Vero Beach in 2015. In 2018 we established our commissary and launched our franchising efforts. Our commissary model allows our franchisees to have access to authentic Greek recipes and ingredients while reducing the equipment costs and culinary expertise required at the franchised locations.

If you like our full-service Tavernas, then you’ll love our fast-casual Spiro’s Kouzina restaurants. Our Kouzinas are designed for smaller spaces and markets that demand speedy service, while expecting the same great quality food as our full-service Taverna’s. Spiro’s Kouzina features a streamlined menu with all of your favorites such as our famous Gyros and Greek Salad. The reduced foot-print and equipment requirement are perfect for high traffic sites.
