WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A PROPERTY MANAGER

A property manager finds and screens tenants, processes rent payments, provides property inspections, facilitates maintenance & repairs, and processes evictions when necessary. A majority of properties managed are residential single family homes, however many franchises also manage other types of properties including apartment complexes, Home Owner Associations (HOAs), vacation rentals, and commercial properties.

As the owner of your own business, you’ll sell your services to rental property owners and investors, work with real estate agents and others to gain business referrals, and manage your business and staff.
