Wings Etc. Grill & Pub is a full-service restaurant franchise that combines the food, fun, entertainment and excitement of the growing bar and grill category with a business model that offers low startup costs, low break-evens, thorough training and a proven, thoroughly documented opera- tional system. Our market niche is: smaller footprint, diverse (but manageable) menu, memorable brand personality, local-minded ownership/restaurant team members.

What We Sell

The Wings Etc. mission statement is: “Good Food, Great Times.” Although we offer a much-loved combination of food and drink, served in an HDTV-filled, engaging yet “laid back” environment, what we sell primarily is value. Our goal is to “wow” guests with caring, attentive service, eye-popping portions of great food, full-service bar options and an overall experience that resonates after a visit as “time and money well spent.” 

Who We Sell To

In 40 years time, bar & grill businesses have transitioned from being primarily male-occupied, smoky “dives” into energetic, couples and family-oriented, full-service restaurants and entertainment centers. Sports bar menus and the experience of watching games while enjoying an ever-growing, ever-improving pub menu has become a cherished pastime with hundreds of millions of North Americans. For this reason, the definition for a Wings Etc. “core customer” continues to expand. In our formative years, we attracted and catered to the “blue collar” segment, but have watched as our customer base has grown to include sports fans of all ages and socio-economic segments.

Current corporate ownership and support staff has over 350 years of restaurant ownership, operations and marketing experience. 

Products We Sell

Since 1994, Wings Etc. has been voted “Best Wings” in the South Bend Tribune’s annual “Reader’s Choice” awards. “Wings” is in our name, and wings are a significant part of our menu mix. Our famous fresh, tender-crisp jumbo wings and 34-ounce, ice cold Schooners have been a market-differentiating “one-two punch.” As we have grown and bar & grill patron tastes have changed, we have added equally important menu categories including always-fresh, grilled-to-or- der gourmet burgers, sandwiches & subs, quesadillas, seafood, smoked ribs, entrée salads and a memorable appetizer lineup led by our “Ultimate Nachos.”

Wings Etc. has positioned itself as the “value player” in the bar and grill category. Our menu, drink offerings and portion sizes emphasize “bang-for-your-buck” value, and our overall cost of entry and low startups and break-evens are also especially ad- vantageous as compared to other full-service restaurant concepts.

Advertising and Promotion

Wings Etc. has, from the beginning, reflected a funny, irreverent, laid-back, “un-slick” style of advertising that is popular among hardworking people from a wide range of backgrounds and demographic segments.

Company Overview
